Cosmetic Condition Rating:

Generally, we are using the table below to grade the cosmetic condition or general appearance of the item for sale. Condition terms could be different (eg. for coins or stamps), however below scale rating of 1 to 10 are still applicable, 10 being the top condition and 1 is the poorest condition.

1 - Very dirty but still worth collecting maybe due to rarity; 2 - Very Poor (lots of dings, dent or deep scratches and dirty); 3 - Poor (lots of dings, dent or deep scratches but still looks clean); 4 - Below Average (dings or deep scratches are obvious but still looks clean); 5 - Average (may have lots of light scratches but looks clean); 6 - Good (may have few light dings or scratches but still look presentable); 7 - Very Good (may have light scratches but not much); 8 - Excellent (with NO dings, dents, or scratches); 9 - Slightly Used (look as new); 10 - New (NIB, NOS never used)

Bidding, Payment, Shipping and Insurance Terms:

I reserve the right to finish any unreserved auction without notice. I expect winning bidder to contact me within 24hours of the auction ended. Payment is to be confirmed within 3 working days. Acceptable payment method for Australian buyers - direct deposit is preferred but Paypal is fine. Payment method acceptable for overseas buyers is by Paypal only. Normally, shipping is through Australia Post, registered for domestic and with insurance for overseas. Item that has value of over AU$200 has to be posted via courier (EMS or FedEx) and insurance is recommended. Unless otherwise stated, actual shipping and insurance cost will be actual system calculated and buyer is responsible for this cost. All insurance claims will be paid once resolved with the insurer.

Overseas Buyers:

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns:

Unless otherwise stated on the listing as “no return accepted”, returns are accepted only for items failing to meet the description or photographs not for buyer’s remorse. Buyer must notify us within 7 days (local) or 14 days (overseas) of any errors from the time we shipped the item. We will validate your return within reasonable period and process refund accordingly. Postage and necessary insurance cost are non- refundable.
