SHIPPING GUIDELINES

I usually ship within 24 hours with the Express Delivery Option

after payment is received – Unless otherwise stated-. . Public holidays and weekends excluded. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be advised. After receiving your payment, I will send you shipping confirmation. If you don't receive shipping confirmation within 3 days of making your payment, contact me.  Same day shipping does not mean same day delivery, I ship via the Postal service, couriers or freight companies.  If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of my shipping confirmation, contact your local Post Office or the delivery service. In some cases, if no one was in attendance, the delivery contractor will take the parcel back to the post office or the depot. Please contact the Post Office or delivery service first before contacting me. Overseas customers, should wait within 3 weeks before contacting their delivery service. If you contact me about an item you haven’t received, please include your delivery name , address and telephone number.

Delivery of bulky items are left by your front door or by the kerbside outside your building  . No inside delivery into your home or premises. You will need to arrange your own labour for delivery inside your home, premises or building.

Usually, ,  I ship  within 24 hours . Delays may be experienced in case of work overload , postal or courier  delays, public holidays and weekends, or shortage of stock. If you are in a hurry, consider paying extra for express delivery. If you elect to have the item shipped via Express delivery, please send me a separate email for  priority handling.   If you are in a hurry to receive the item, you may contact me to check on the availability of the item and if there is any delay as the item is also listed outside of eBay . 

Oversized items take longer to package and ship. If your shipping address is a P O Box address, please also provide a street address and a telephone number. Oversized items cannot ship to a PO Box address.

Please provide any delivery instructions such as:

-         If premises unattended , leave in a secure location.

OR

-         If premises unattended, place a card in the mailbox and leave parcel at nearest collection point.

OR

-         No delivery instructions

By selecting any of the above instructions or by providing no delivery instructions  , the parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered.

If the parcel is sent by courier, a signature is usually required. You can select that the courier leaves the parcel  in a secure location if no one was in attendance at the time of delivery without the necessity of signing for it and the parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered. If it is not safe to leave the parcel by Your front door, then you will need to sign for it.

Usually parcels sent by standard delivery do not require a signature. If you elect th have the parcel sent by registered or insured delivery, a signature is usually required.

You can select to have the item shipped to you via standard, Express or Insured delivery. Standard delivery is the cheapest method and provides no tracking number. I strife to give you the most economical shipping method to save you money. However,  If you believe you may have problems with standard delivery to your address, them you can pay the extra charges and have the item delivered via Insured or Express delivery where you will be given a tracking number.  All parcels will be securely packaged.  Furthermore, if you need insurance, let me know and I will send you a quote for insurance covering damage or loss of your package. If you do not take insurance cover, the parcel will be sent at your own risk, I cannot accept responsibility  for its loss or damage. Otherwords , all care taken and no responsibility accepted.

Some items are provided with free shipping. Items with free shipping are shipped via regular delivery. If you require tracking , insurance or express delivery , let me know and I will send you revised invoice.

Please provide a contact telephone number in case the delivery contractor needs to contact you to ensure smooth delivery. No responsibility can be taken if you fail to provide a telephone number.  Please note, I assume no responsibility if the item is delayed, lost or damaged n transit. Check with your local post office or the shipping company before contacting me or lodge a claim for compensation if necessary.  You may also arrange and pay for your own shipping and handling if you wish.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, an investigation by the Postal authorities or delivery service need to be conducted as to the cause of loss or damage. No compensation will be paid until such investigation has been concluded. If you request insurance, you are automatically covered and compensation may be granted automatically. If no insurance was requested compensation is only granted at the discretion of the delivery service or postal service.

Please do not bid or buy if you do not agree with the shipping and handling charges or you can arrange and pay for your own shipping and handling if you wish.  If you arrange and pay for your own shipping,  you will also need to arrange for your own packaging. And handling. Shipping charges include Postage or Couriers charges, cost of packing material, and labour involved in packaging your item. Delays may be expected in case of work overload, I will do my best to ship your item in a timely manner. If you are in hurry, consider paying extra for Express delivery.  You can contact me for a quote on express delivery or Registered and insured delivery. Please obtain a quote before you make your payment and after purchasing the item and I will send you a revised invoice.  The same applies for combined shipping. If you purchase multiple items, ask for a revised invoice  for discounted shipping charges  before you make your payment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase including buyer's  remorse, return the item in original condition and packaging for a full refund of your bid price.
