We tender all packages at the post office obtaining an acceptance scan showing proof of mailing but tracking is not always available once a shipment leaves the U.S. While losses rarely occur, USPS does not offer indemnity (insurance) on First Class or Priority. Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time varies but typical is 10-30 business days. Please notify us if you item has not been recieved within 45 calendar days from payment date and we will make it right.
