Up for sale :
Scarce collector's LP available here in NM vinyl condition. Original inner intact; jacket shows signs of ringwear and surface wear but VG overall.
Graded according to specifications of the Record Collector's Guild:
Mint (M) Absolutely perfect in every way.
Near Mint (NM or M-) A nearly perfect record.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.
Very Good (VG) Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc.
Good (G), Good Plus (G+) A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping.
With XL1, Pete Shelley integrates layers of guitar into the electronic synth-pop he essayed on his solo debut, Homosapien. The music benefits from the guitar -- it sounds edgier, making the record fairly captivating. "Telephone Operator" and "If You Ask Me (I Won't Say No)" are terrific, ranking among Shelley's best.
Best of luck to you. Thank you for shopping with us.
