That's because while they're knotting their silk ties and reconciling their restaurant expenses, we're working side by side with our winemaking mates, kicking Barossa dirt off our boots and trying to shift shiraz stains off our jeans.

A buyer of wine via the website who does not like a particular bottle supplied (within 6 months of the sale) need only notify WineMarket as soon as possible to obtain a refund of the price of that bottle. WineMarket will then advise if the wine is also to be collected from the buyer. If a case of wine was purchased, and the buyer has only opened one bottle and not liked it, they need only notify WineMarket and be able to make the remaining bottles available for collection (unopened and in original saleable condition) to obtain a refund of the price of the whole case. If WineMarket reasonably believe that a buyer has breached these terms and conditions, or has abused the Customer Promise, WineMarket may suspend or cancel the Customer Promise in relation to that buyer, cancel a particular order made by the buyer or close that buyer's account.

How much does delivery cost?
Although we can sometimes get a little insular down here in the Barossa and think the world starts at Lyndoch and ends at Stockwell the reality is Australia is a bloody big place. A massive tyre-shredding, petrol-chewing island continent where the toilet stops are few and far between. That's why we're pretty proud of our commitment to get your wine to you, pretty much wherever you may be in this huge country and the most you'll ever pay is $20.

One case/carton for $8 is pretty good value, 3 or more for just $20 is, we reckon, unbeatable.

There's a couple of tiny corners of this big, brown land we can't quite get too — any island smaller than Tassie is a bit of a problem and we're not too keen to break the law when it comes to dry communities — but if you're one of the 99.999% of the population we can get to why don't you give us a try. Please note: a case refers to a single bottle, 6 bottle or 12 bottle case, carton or package.

How long will my delivery take?
WineMarket endeavour to deliver wine to Australian capital city metropolitan areas within 7-10 working days. For delivery addresses in Australian regional centers and outside metropolitan capital cities, allow at least 14 working days. In outlying areas, delivery may take a little longer. WineMarket do not however guarantee any specific delivery date.

Wine is normally delivered Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and to either business premises or a residence. If the premises are unattended, the wine will not be left but rather the courier will leave a card and the buyer needs to arrange delivery to an attended address.
