Sometimes items are found not to be in stock when picking the orders, in this instance we will refund and advise as soon as back in stock. What once started (many, many years ago) as a biker with a love for buying, breaking and selling used motorcycle parts from his garden and garage has now developed into one of the most popular pattern-parts suppliers in Wales.

Based in Cardiff in South Wales, we are an established and well known company within the motorcycle industry. We sell online (through eBay), over the telephone and through our shop and warehouse unit to members of the trade and the public.

We stock parts for almost all UK specification bikes, quads and scooters. If you can't find it online, just give us a call, we should still be able to advise price and availability for you. Our parts are made to the same high specification, quality and standard as the OEM parts and we only stock the best products...at the best prices!

We advise all of our products must be fitted by a qualified Motorcycle mechanic in accordance with the original motorcycle manufacturer.

With a combined experience of over 35 years working for the company and within the motorcycle trade, our staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well as professional and willing to help at all times.

Our opening times are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 10am-1.00pm on a Saturday.

We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit card (by calling the shop on 02920 700 700) and postal order (in GBP).

We will combine postage on multiple items ordered if requested. Please select 'Buy It Now' on the items you would like to purchase, then, before payment, select to "get total from seller". Once we have sent you a final invoice, you will then be able to complete the transaction.

We despatch all items within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (in full) for goods and any shipping handling charges.

We send most items via 1st Class Royal Mail (recorded and non-recorded depending on their value) and estimate delivery to take 2-3 working days to Mainland UK. Delivery to Non Mainland UK countries usually takes 5-7 working days.

We send larger and higher value items via our Courier Interlink Express. This allocates each parcel a tracking number and normally a one-hour window/time frame as to when the parcel will arrive. This is normally a next working day delivery service within Mainland UK. Delivery to Non Mainland UK countries usually takes 3-5 working days.

All orders and deliveries require correct, up-to-date contact and address details. Due to eBay rules and regulations, we are unable to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

We will accept returns for items that are no longer required. An intention to make a return must be made in writing (via eBay email or by postal letter) with cancellation date no later than 7 days after the date of delivery of your item.

We do not accept cancellation of orders 7 days after date of delivery of goods.

Returns are your (The Buyer) responsibility and any costs incurred for returning are to be paid by you and are not reimbursable. We would advise that all items are returned in a traceable manner.

On proof of a return being sent to Cardiff Motorcycles Limited, Unit B6 WestPoint Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF11 8JQ, we will refund as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation being received.

All items returned must not have been used or fitted and must still be in their original condition. Batteries must not have been filled with acid and items such as clutch plates must not have been soaked in oil. All items returned must be in the same condition they were supplied in.

We request that all items be returned in the same packaging as dispatched. We understand this is sometimes not possible but if you could kindly put any original packaging in the return box.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
