Postage

The postage fee includes all packaging, handling and shipping costs. Postage fees are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
Goods are available via delivery only. Pickup of goods for Australian Buyers is not facilitated.
Domestic (Australian) and Overseas/International orders are dispatched within 10 business days of payment clearance.
We do not offer dispatch to Russia, South America or other non-courier serviced areas. If unsure, please contact us before ordering.
Goods are subject to availability. Where the goods are not available due to some unforeseen reason or a manufacturing delay occurs, you will be notified of this by Ozzie Ugg Boots as soon as possible.
Delivery is to the address specified by you when placing your order. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
We will work with a third party to deliver your goods to your door, eg: In Australia ( Australia Post Registered Mail), Overseas (DHL parcel service). We may change the third party supplier at our discretion at any time.
Delivery within Australia will be within 10 business days after payment has cleared. International deliveries will be within usually 14-21 business days. Delays can occur due to the country's postal/courier services.
Please note: Delivery time may vary slightly during holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year, Easter etc. due to high volume postal service demands.
Delivery to post boxes is not facilitated. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
Reshipping
Unclaimed or refused deliveries returned to our warehouse will incur reshipping fees. A reshipping fee also applies for any item/s returned for exchange due to wrong size purchased.
Note International Buyers: All Packages will be shipped as gift but the buyer is responsible for any Customs, Fees, Taxes, P&P , VAT or ANY KIND of payment due in the buyer's country in order for the package to be delivered.Certain countries may prohibit the import of specific goods or brands. If unsure whether any such fees, restrictions apply to the destination country, please check with the local customs authorities before making a purchase. Ozzie Ugg Boots will not be responsible for any goods ceased by customs and any associated costs as a result of those restrictions.
Payment

We only accept payment via paypal (the safest and securest way to pay online).
You can use your credit/debit card to pay through paypal even if you don't have a paypal account.
Payment must be made within 3 days after placing the order, or arranged with the seller.
Full payment need to be received before dispatch of the order can take place.
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the payment processing / credit provider.
Returns and Exchange
If you have received a defective item, or an item which is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days (Australia) / 21 days (Overseas) of dispatch of item/s.
Our Customer Services Team will work with you to resolve asap. Item/s will be required to be returned for exchange. Please see our Exchange and Returns Process for details.
Exchange is possible if you have purchased the wrong size.
We can not refund due to change of mind or wrong size ordered.
We can not refund or exchange after products have been used.
Returns Process:
Please contact us via eBay stating your eBay item number and the item/s you wish to return. Our Customer Services Team will work with you and issue you a return authorisation number if applicable and advise return address details.
Contact must be made within 7 days (Australia) / 21 days (International) of dispatch of item/s and the item/s must be in original condition, unused, with all packaging, swing tags, and labels complete and intact, with no stains/marks or odours/smells of any kind. The item/s must be returned securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item/s and packaging are received back by us in original and re-saleable condition.
Please ensure you include your return authorisation number together with the purchase receipt with your returned item/s. It is important that the return is received by us within 7 days of us providing you with an return authorisation number.
Exchange: Item/s received with manufacturing faults will be exchanged via the returns policy and process. Exchange for a different size can be processed following the returns policy and process. The buyer is responsible for postage costs both ways (to return the item and to receive the exchange). Please see Reshipping for further details.
Refund:
Refund amount will be the item price net of a restocking fee of 15% of item price. The refund will be processed via Paypal. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Choosing Your Size

Wearing your boots for the first time: Please try the boots on a clean and even surface. Do not remove tags and stickers and keep the clear plastic bag provided. If the boots fit well, then remove the tags. If the size does not fit well, you can exchange for a different size. Please contact us asap following our exchange and returns policy and process.
Ugg Boots are designed to be worn bare-fit, providing a luxurious feel of 100% sheepskin against your skin. Because of the unique properties of wool fibres, the boots will mould to the shape of your feet, resulting in unique personal fit that can not be substituted by any other type of footwear.
Initially, the ugg boots should feel snug & firm around your feet. This will allow the wool to compress and for the boot to change its shape to fit with the unique form of your foot, resulting in the perfect fit and a feeling of warmth and comfort.
If you are not sure about your size, just measure your biggest foot from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe and use this measurement and the size chart below to workout your size. For example, if your biggest foot measures 25.4 cm (10") you should select AUS Men's size 7 or AUS Ladies size 9. (see chart for UK , USA, & EU comparisons)
Our ugg boots and slippers are available in full sizes only. If your feet fall between the sizes, we suggest you go up to the next size. Otherwise, choose your regular shoes size. Please do not go down in size. Better up then down.
Please place order based on the AUS (Australian) size and check your measurement with your bare foot length and/or international sizes to make sure you choose the right size for you.
