Dispatch

Posting / Shipping Discounts
If you are buying more than one thing from us (especially if they are from different listings within our eBay Shop) and you'd like us to combine the postage for you, just ask.
Add everything you want to your 'Shopping Basket'. 
Once it's full click the 'Request Total' button within the shopping basket. We'll send you a revised invoice as soon as we can, only please bear in mind that there are only two of us and we're not sat in front of the computer 24/7 (even if it does feel like it sometimes).
Buyers from outside the UK don't get a shopping basket, but if you click though to the payment page, you should find a link to ask us to combine shipping, before you get as far as actually paying.

UK Postage
We use 1st or 2nd class postage (your choice) where possible but we will send things by Royal Mail Special Delivery, if you pay their extra charges. However, in our experience, first class will get things to most UK mainland addresses next day, anyway.
Royal Mail's charges are calculated by the weight and the size of the parcel.
This item is light weight but bulky so has to travel as a 'Parcel'. Basically parcels weighing up to 1kg cost the same to post.
If you are only buying one of these items, your parcel will weigh under 400gm so if there is anything else you would like to buy from us, now would be the time to get it and take advantage of their bizarre pricing system. As long as your finished parcel doesn't weigh over 1kg, we wont charge you any more postage. ebay's automated system might, but we'll refund you the difference should it demand more than we need. 
.....or you could ask us for a revised invoice before you pay.

We don't have a bricks and mortar shop, but you are welcome to call and collect items, if you live or work close enough. Only please get in touch first, don't just turn up on the doorstep, give us chance to make sure one of us is in when you call.

None UK Shipping
For those of you wanting delivery outside the EU, our postage and packaging charges are just that - Postage charges and the cost of suitable packing.
If there are any taxes or import duty due your end, then they are your responsibility.
If we can help by sending two parcels instead of one, let us know.
The prices shown are for normal airmail shipping. If you would prefer surface mail (bearing in mind that that can take up to 12 weeks to get to you) let us know before you buy and we'll work out the cost.

Payment
We accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank transfer or Paypal, but in UK pounds only. We also take credit/debit cards via a third party merchant service, but online, not over the phone.
