As an established company we have the ability to provide great value fancy dress as quickly as possible, all backed up with excellent customer service and a no quibble returns policy. We use the latest inventory control systems to ensure our stock levels are accurate and use barcode picking to ensure you receive the right item as quickly as possible.
RAPID DELIVERY
We work hard to get your item to you as quickly as possible and as such only use First Class postage and if you order before 2pm on standard UK business days, we guarantee to despatch your item the same day. This means the majority of buyers receive their items the day after purchase. We also offer a Special Delivery service which guarantees delivery the next business day after despatch. International buyers benefit from a priority airmail service, ensuring you get your items as quickly as possible.

We aim to answer any e-mail or message within four hours of receipt during the hours of 9 to 4:30pm on a UK business day We are also available on the phone during the same hours.
RETURNS
We know that it can be difficult to select the perfect item online. That is why we offer a no quibble returns policy and dont charge restocking fees or withhold outbound postage for returns. This allows you to by in confidence.
We are a VAT registered company and can provide VAT invoices if requested.

SECURED, PROTECTED TRANSACTION
We only accept PayPal the quickest, easiest and safest method of purchasing through eBay. By buying from us you automatically have up to 500GBP of protection on your purchase.
We cannot accept cheques or bank transfers and currently do not have the facility to process card payments over the telephone.
We ask that all buyers pay for their items as quickly as possible and in any case within 24 hours. If you no longer require your item or are having difficulties please let us know and we can assist.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and reallocate stock if no payment is received in 48 hours.
Payments submitted by eCheques will result in a delay in despatch whilst the funds clear. We cannot despatch items until your payment has cleared.
Please use eBay messages to contact us, not PayPal notes to seller or message contained within 'please combine my order' messages. Due to the volume of emails and messages we receive we do not monitor these forms of communication.
Should you wish to cancel your order please let us know as quickly as possible through an eBay message. Once your item is marked as despatched we will be unable to cancel the item and you must return the item as per our returns policy.
All purchases include a despatch note and we cannot remove this from your order. We currently do not offer the facility to gift wrap an order. Any other special requests must be agreed in writing before placing an order.
By purchasing an item from Big Night you are accepting our terms and conditions. As we are based in England any contract to supply goods is governed by English Law. Any claims or disputes arising out of this contract must be made within an English Court.
PRIORITY POSTAGE + RAPID DESPATCH = SUPER FAST DELIVERY
We know you value fast delivery, that is why we only use first class postage as standard and despatch all orders made before 2pm the same day they are received (UK business days only and excluding advertised closures).
Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays excluding UK public holidays.
FIRST CLASS POSTAGE
First class postage takes between 1 to 3 business days to arrive with over 90% of deliveries arriving the following business day. However, this is not a guaranteed service and items may take longer to arrive, particularly to outlying regions of the UK and during peak periods. As this is not a guaranteed service we cannot be held liable if an item does not arrive within the given time. In the exceptionally rare case that an item is lost we will replace your item after 14 business days. We cannot replace an item before 14 business days. This is a term of our mailing contract.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
Special Delivery guarantees the arrival of your item before 1pm the following business day after despatch. This is a signed for service and as such your item must be signed for by someone at the given address. Non-delivered items will be taken by Royal Mail to your local sorting office. This is a fully tracked postage method - please note, we only provide tracking numbers on request. Certain areas of Scotland are only guaranteed to arrive the following day and the islands of Herm, Sark, Lewis, Colonsay, Mull, Coll & Shetlands are only guaranteed to arrive within two business days of posting.
We currently do not offer a service that guarantees arrival on a Saturday however in our experience it is exceptionally rare for a standard Special Delivery item to fail to arrive on a Saturday.
Extreme weather and national events may delay domestic services. We cannot be held liable if such delayes are outside of the control of Big Night or Royal Mail.
COLLECTIONS
We are happy to facilitate collections from our warehouse in Weston Super Mare. Please ring our office telephone number prior to purchasing to arrange a collection. Collections must occur within the hours of 9 to 5pm.
By submitting an order you are confirming that any address and contact details are correct and you agree to arrange receipt of your goods. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost by the buyers failure to provide correct address details. We will not refund postage and packaging costs if you fail to accept delivery of the goods or an order is returned to us following an incorrectly provided address. If a request is made to repost such goods additional payment will be required.
We reserve the rights to upgrade your purchase to a courier service providing this offers a comparable service to the selected shipment method.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 40 business days of despatch. Claims made outside of this period will be refused.
COMBINED POSTAGE
We are happy to combine postage on your order - please see our guide contained to the left of the item description.
If a request is made to combine postage after purchasing separate items we are happy to refund any excess postage paid minus any additional PayPal transaction fees charged to us.
PRIORITY AIRMAIL + SAME DAY DESPATCH = SUPER FAST DELIVERY!
We use a priority airmail service for all of our international mail. The delivery aim of the carrier is five business days from despatch within Europe and seven business days outside of Europe. This is however not guaranteed and we advise buyers to allow 14 business days for the arrival of an item. It is not possible to track a delivery until after 21 business days. In the exceptionally rare case of a lost item we can only replace or refund after 21 business days - this is a term of our mailing contract.
We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same UK business day (excluding advertised closures)
Items sent outside of the EU may be subjected to customs charges; the liability for such charges rests solely with the buyer. We cannot mark items as gifts nor falsely declare the value of shipments.
Airmail has a 2kg weight limit meaning larger orders may be sent in separate consignments. We will endeavour to contact us directly should this be necessary.

Express courier services can be priced on request. An express courier service to Australia is at least 50 GBP, irrespective of the order size.

We offer a no quibble returns policy meaning you can return or exchange an item for any reason, subject to the terms below.
You must contact us within 7 business days of receipt and return the item to us within 14 business days of receipt. Receipt time is counted as date of order plus the delivery estimate maximum.
Returns received outside of this period will be refused or a partial refund will be offered at our discretion.
You must contact us prior to returning an item by submitting a message through eBay.
Return postage will be the buyers responsibility unless agreed by us beforehand in writing.
All returned items must be received in the original, saleable condition with all accessories included. We are not a manufacturer and as such packaging must be received in a saleable condition for a refund to be approved. Any items bundled for free with an item must also be returned. If your item has sustained damage prior to its arrival with you please inform us at the time of requesting a return, claims of faults or damage cannot be made later.
Items which show evidence of wear or deliberate damage will be refused. Likewise, items with strong smells will be refused.
Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened. Hygiene items include face paints, makeup, wigs, facial hair, underwear stockings and hosiery and any item used within any body orifice or the face.
We will only refund postage sent by First Class postage. We are not able to refund the cost of Special Delivery or Airmail.
We cannot be held liable for any item lost on its return to us and as such we recommend obtaining proof of postage and ensuring any return service offers sufficient compensation to cover your return..
We cannot despatch an exchange until we have received and processed your return. We cannot reserve stock for an exchange until we have received your return. If you require your exchange faster please purchase the item you would like in exchange whilst waiting for a refund.
We can only refund via the original payment method.
If your return is refused for any reason you will have 28 days to arrange collection of the item before its disposal. We may dispose of any item how we see fit. If you would like the item returned, postage will be based on a signed for service plus an administration fee.
SAFETY FIRST!
Many of our items contain small parts and plastic packaging. Under no circumstance should a child be allowed to play with the packaging. Unless specifically stated, our items are designed for adult use and no liability can be taken for their usage with children.
You are advised to test any face paint / make up / hair products on a small area of skin prior to general application. Please leave at least 24 hours between testing and general application to test for allergic reactions. Do not apply to damaged skin or if pre-existing skin conditions apply. Care should be taken to avoid the eyes and mouth. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction arising from a user failing to follow these guides.
