 Valkyria Chronicles combines strategy elements of conventional tactical role playing games with real-time action sequences. The game is set in a fictitious continent reminiscent of 1930s, Europe divided in two and ruled by the Empire and the Federation. The Empire has set its sights on invading a small neutral country called Gallia, which is situated in the middle of the two great empires. The game follows a hero named Welkin and his fellow soldiers of the Federation's 7th Platoon that are fighting against the Empire, who is intent on unifying the continent under its power.

All buyers must use our secure checkout regardless of which payment method is chosen. Our checkout will automatically calculate the total amount of your purchases and combine them into one single screen for easy payment submission.
Purchasing Multiple Items? PLEASE READ! If you purchase multiple items please do not pay until all of your items are showing up in the checkout system. If you buy more than one item and pay for it and then buy additional items the discounts WILL NOT be applied, and you will have to pay full shipping again for the additional items. Multiple item discounts only apply to items paid for in one single payment at the same time. If all of your items do not show up in the checkout system after 1 hour of the auction ending please contact us to address the issue before you pay. We cannot help you if you fail to follow these instructions.

Shipping
Most items are packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your order will usually ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping and handling charges are non-negotiable.
All delivery times are "estimates" given to us by the US Postal Service. Transit times can vary. This is especially true with international shipments. Customs can, and does cause delays on cross-border shipments.

Damaged Items & Returns
In Most cases, a dinged package does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.
We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition.
If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.
To process your return please obtain prior return authorization from us via email or telephone before mailing your item back. Please include your full name, eBay id, original item number, and your return shipping address along with the item to be returned.
If for any reason you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, we will need the item returned to us. After the customer returns the item, we will ship the correct item immediately and reimburse the shipping costs at the USPS First Class or Media Rate only.
We cannot ship the correct item until the other is returned. We will not take returns on opened games! If you receive a game in error and open it, we will not accept it as a return!

All of our games are NTSC format unless otherwise stated in the auction. They are intended to work with USA, Canadian, and South American systems. Please make sure that you are able to play NTSC games on your gaming console.

All console games like PS2 and Wii games are NTSC version which is for play in the US, Canada, and Latin America only. Handheld games like Sony PSP, Nintendo DS, and Gameboy titles are non-region specific and will play in any game unit regardless of where you live. Please make sure you can play these games before purchasing.
