*Most items will be sent in pre-paid satchels. HOWEVER items will be boxed and bubble wrapped, to the best of my ability to insure safe arrive. My postage charges ALSO include costs of boxes and bubble wrap ect. So please be aware of this.
*Unless otherwise stated ALL items will come with postage tracking number. This number will be recorded in your checkout when items are posted.
*Items will only be sent to the address stated in checkout. Please insure this address is correct. Please DO NOT message me asking me to send to a different address as I WILL NOT be held responsible if items are incorrectly addressed.
*Please also be aware that I AM NOT responsible for items once they leave my care, for Australia post. I CAN NOT CONTROL AUSTRALIA POST!! I AM NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged by Australia post. I CAN NOT refund or replace items lost through Australia post. All items, unless stated otherwise will come with a tracking number. It is up to YOU to track it and chase it up. Please don't leave high rated sellers negative feedback because of Australia post. This is extremely unfair. Sellers can not control Australia post and what they do. If you are concerned you are urged to request registered post or postal insurance for an extra charge.
*I only post Mondays & Fridays. So please make sure your payment is made before one of those days to avoid postage delays. These are the only days I can post. PLEASE do not ask I post on a different day as I wont be able to. Sorry.
*Payment is required within the 4 days. If payment is not received in that time frame an unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically. I will not send reminders or message you in regards to payment. If you still fail to make payment you will be blocked from my store.
*Payment options are PAYPAL and bank deposit. I would prefer payments to be made with paypal. If you use bank transfer/ deposit please make sure you leave you ebay user ID as a reference, and once payment has been made please send me a screenshot or copy and paste of the confirmation. Purchases will only be sent once payment has been received.
Due to the many problems this causes I DO NOT cancel any sales. So please be sure you choose carefully, and if you require any extra information or photos please ask before you purchase.
