Shipping

We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared.
Everything we sell is inclusive of delivery charge!!
For international customers we are happy to offer multiple shipping discounts.
We try our best to keep the delivery charge as low as possible.  
For larger items we may decide, at our discretion, to send via courier
Please be aware that for very small and low value ( under 2.00 ) items we may send via 2nd class post. 
Normally if you have purchased an item before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday it will be Post that Same Day and you should get it the next working day. The cut off time can be as late as 5:00 PM on some days, (depending on the last pick up by Royal Mail) If you have purchased on a Saturday before 11AM it will be Post that day and should arrive on Monday. If you have purchased on a Sunday, it will be Posted on Monday.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME IT TAKES ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER YOUR ITEM/S. WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED. But see our FEED BACK and you will find that 99.99% customers get the item NEXT DAY.

WHEN YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE AND ROYAL MAIL HAVE A POLICY WHICH STATES:

All UK and EC transactions are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. 

Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel this order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods (this is the cancellation period).

You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.  You must arrange for the safe return of goods to Computer Products Online Limited, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.


On the cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you the full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage) when the goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation.


Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by us.


It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

If, upon delivery, your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. 


We will refund all costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.


All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item. 


If this item subsequently becomes defective we will remedy this in accordance with your statutory rights outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979.


The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.
