The SW-9576-C is a half height cartridge DVD super multi drive (OEM) for desktop PCs with cartridge-support.

If you find that the item is non-operative when you try to install that, please report that within 14 days of receiving. That's just not it we offer a warranty 30 days, from the date of delivery, on all our items we sell. This covers any failure of the product after 7 days of the initial DOA warranty. This provides an extra peace of mind just in case you feel that the item is not performing upto your expectations. We are not liable for items shipped back to us. We recommend that customers use track able method whenever shipping any products back to us.

Note: All Warranty claims are subject to verification prior to decision is made on Refund or Replacement. Warranty doesn't cover any claims if the item is incompatible, ordered wrong, or simply not needed. In that case restocking fee up to 15% may be applied.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment confirmation. We reserve the right to ship the product via FedEx, UPS or US Mail as may be deemed appropriate by us. If you have special needs or you live in area where only specific carrier is available please inform us prior to shipping. All California residents pay a sales tax of 8.75%. For international orders, shipping costs provided are estimates only as they may actually vary depending on your location.

a) New Retail: Colored packaging as you would get in a retail store.

b) New Bulk: New Item but without any fancy packaging or accessories that are in retail box.

c) OEM Bulk: Like New condition, Tested and guaranteed working. 

d) Reconditioned/Recertified: Item has been tested and certified to meet manufacturer specifications.
