Buy any 2 or more items in one single transaction and postage will only be charged for the item with the highest postage cost.

General Information

Payment

We prefer payment through PayPal, however if this poses a problem we will accept payment by cheque or postal order, but please contact us first to let us know.   We will only dispatch orders once payment is cleared, which also includes Paypal e-cheques.  Payment is requested within 7 days, after this time we will request that the transaction is cancelled.

UK Postage

We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day of cleared payment (Monday to Friday). We offer 1^st class or 2^nd class postage options.  For multiple purchases we will combine postage and only charge for the item with the highest postage costs, all other items will be posted free of charge.

Worldwide Postage

All international post is sent via airmail and the cost is indicated for each item.  If purchasing multiple items please wait for or request an invoice where we will combine postage.

Refunds & Returns

We aim for 100% satisfaction, so as such, hope you are entirely satisfied with your item. If you are not satisfied, however, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund. Please contact us before you send the item back so that we can start the refund process. The item must be returned in its original packaging to protect it in transit, and the item must still be in its protective film it was sent to you in i.e. unused. Unfortunately though, we cannot offer refunds on the cost of returning the item unless it is damaged/faulty when it reaches you. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged/faulty item, please contact us so that we can organise a replacement for you as soon as possible.
