That's why if you place an order with us before 2pm we will post it that same day using the delivery method you specify. We are able to achieve this high level of service by operating out of a 8,000 square foot warehouse filled with stock - unlike many of our competitors we hold physical stock so we don't order your product once we receive yours. Using the latest technology and reliable and robust order management processes we are able to see exactly where your order is and any given time down to the person that has picked and even down to what time it is actually been packed and despatched.

Fancy Dress Fast takes great care in packaging every order to ensure safe shipment to you. All orders sent within the UK are posted standard delivery. If you require your order faster please select an expedited shipping method when checking out and paying for your order. All orders placed and paid for before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched next working day. Please Note: We do not send out any orders on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

FAULTS:

Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworm and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned a buyer expense.

UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE:

Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via aneBay message. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. You must notify us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the item cost minus a 15% restocking fee. No postage costs will be refunded.

EXCHANGE:

Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way.

Please note we will not accept returns or issue refunds on the following items: Wigs, Wig Caps, Facial Hair, Make-up, Teeth, Hosiery and Underwear.

Fancy Dress Fast lists all our items to the best of our ability. Our manufacturers reserve the right to make alterations to design and colour when neccessary. Images and product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, and should a product differ slightly from the product image and description, Fancy Dress Fast will not allow returns on the basis that the description or the product image did not exactly match the item supplied. We will endeavour to update product descriptions and images once we know of any sustantial changes to the alterations to design and colour.
