We have found these to be the most stable and reliable type and in our opinion the 10 minutes extra fit time is easily offset by the added reliability and stability.. Manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer not Patrolapart,

Patrolapart will represent the Customer on behalf of their claim to the relevant manufacturer.

If you have a Warranty claim please contact us with proof of purchase.

 Any components Supplied for Competition use have limited or no Warranty.  

Returns will be passed onto the manufacturer for their determination if a warranty or refund claim will be accepted.

If approved Patrolapart or the manufacturer will reimburse the cost of freight.

Patrolapart will not refund or exchange a product because you 'changed your mind'.

If a part is fitted incorrectly and this is the cause of the part being faulty, Patrolapart will not exchange/refund or replace the part. 

Claimed parts must be sent with a copy of the original tax invoice with up to date contact details and a description of the issue. 

Patrolapart will not be held liable for lost freight, and will not pay or replace lost freight if we did not organize the freight.

 Patrolapart will not Pay inwards or outgoing freight on items where Warranty has been refused.

If You Order the incorrect part or don't read the description properly, Patrolapart is not Obliged to accept a return, or liable for return freight costs. Please contact Patrolapart To discuss this.

PATROLAPART began in January 2007 as a family business run by husband and wife team, Paul & Robyn, both of whom have been involved in the four wheel drive movement since 1985 as passionate tourers, competitors and dismantlers.

 The business began primarily as a specialist Nissan Patrol dismantler. As PATROLAPART's positive reputation spread, our customer base exploded - new customers began requesting products outside of the dismantling stock. We listened to our customers' needs and modified PATROLAPART's product range.

As a result, we now offer genuine Nissan parts, aftermarket components, 4x4 accessories, mobile fridge solutions, camping equipment - all of this in addition to our secondhand components from dismantled Nissan Patrol models 1988 on.

 PATROLAPART offers fitment of parts, free advice and a cost effective delivery service (within the Melbourne metropolitan area) and use an external freight company through Australia.

With three full-time and one part-time qualified mechanics on board, PATROLAPART can offer full workshop facilities and because we specialise, the knowledge of all our staff is comprehensive.

Our Sales Staff have detailed knowledge of the product with a combined experience of over 20 years in auto parts interpreting. We are also able to draw on a network of Nissan Dealership Spare Parts Interpreters to make sure we can quickly and accurately fulfil YOUR needs.

The extended product range increased our customer base and forced our move to bigger premises in November 2009 to 424 Maroondah Highway, Lilydale.
