Occasionally Royal Mail may not make a delivery. In this event we cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items but we will do our best to sort out the issue.

Royal Mail do have certain policies that they adhere to and will only advise that an item is deemed missing AFTER 14 working days.

We have to adhere to these policies so if you have any concerns regarding postage then we must recommend that the RECORDED delivery option is selected upon ordering from us. Without the recorded delivery option then tracing your parcel is made virtually impossible and delays in sorting out the problem will occur in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines.

If RECORDED delivery is not selected and an item goes missing then we cannot act upon it until after 14 working days so please be aware of this fact prior to making your purchase.

We pride ourselves on providing quality goods with a quality service. However sometimes things can occasionally go wrong. Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply.

However in all cases there are a few simple guidelines that must be followed.

1. If an item is defective upon receipt or there are shortages we MUST be informed of the fact within 3 working days and in the event of a defective item have the item returned within 7 working days.

2. We do not pay or reimburse any postage on products that have to be returned back to us faulty or otherwise this is the responsibility of the buyer, we will however cover the cost of postage of goods that are sent back to you from us.

3. All goods sent back to us must be sent by trackable means (i.e. courier or recorded delivery). Please do not ask for return postage costs as refusal often offends.

4. In the case of an item being returned due to a mistaken purchase or error then the item must be returned in its ORIGINAL condition including all shrink wrapping if sealed upon receipt. Failure to return the item in its ORIGINAL condition will result in the item being returned back to yourselves and all shipping costs remain liable by you.

5. In the event of an error by ourselves we will pay all delivery costs including return delivery back to yourself.

6. As with all warranties certain elements do not apply This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to goods resulting from mis-use or accidental damage, failure to follow the manufacturers recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use. This warranty does not include normal wear, labour or parts, including, without limitation where appropriate, batteries, light bulbs, fuses and filters.

7. Please contact us first before returning any item as we may be able to resolve the issue over the telephone or via email. All returns require an authorisation number which must be obtained by ourselves before an item can be accepted.

8. By purchasing from us you are automatically accepting all terms and conditions laid out as in our guidelines.
