We will always have your proof of posting, if anything is damaged in the post please keep the packaging as Royal Mail may ask for it in the event of a claim

Our postage and packaging costs allow for the price royal mail charges and a little for the time and packaging, although we do try to recycle packaging where possible to save on cost and the environment.
