A very competent headset with good quality audio features which is the reason I purchased it, however it is somewhat heavy and slightly uncomfortable on the ear cartilage when worn for long periods e.g. 2 hours of radio streaming from computer while at work. It does come with 3 earpiece options and I have found the comfort factor improves if you get the right sized one however after a while the ear does start to ache. This is my opinion which others may not agree with so you will need to determine this yourself. It is not easy to simply slide over your ear as easily as my old headset and requires the use of both hands to settle it into position at first, however I have found after a week or so of use it is becoming easier to put into place. If you wear glasses, you need to remove them before putting this headset into place however once again, after a week or so this has also become easier. Once in place they do sit comfortable and do not feel like they are sitting awkwardly. Great features e.g. say "answer" to answer (but must pronounce Unswer), voice prompts on battery level (as well as on iPhone screen), easy find feature with phone app etc. If you are looking for a good quality, great featured, reasonably comfortable headset which is worn sporadically through the day and don't mind paying a premium for the quality, this headset will likely do the trick.Read full review

Happy with my purchase of the bundle great product, only issue I found was the fitment, around over my ear feels uncomfortable and would take time to get use to, the fitment into my ear , I always have to adjust to fit correctly even with the three ear pieces, I use the largest, maybe I have abnorrmal ears, but I don’t think so. Are these designed for use with general shaped ears? These would be good if there was some minor adjusts available.

The Plantronics Voyager Legend and 5200 series headsets have featured in the best of the best headset lists for as long as I can remember. I've been using one of those two models for over a decade. Every time one breaks, I do all the research looking for the latest and greatest and it always leads me back to these being the number one choice. If there's any negative it's that the latest 5200 I purchased feels a little less well built than the one I purchased five years before that. Some cost cutting, I guess. It still performs 100% as expected though.
