Failed Delivery

Should your consignment be a failed delivery, further collection and delivery attempts will result in additional postal charges to the Buyer.

We also use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave a product in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letter box explaining where the product has been left.

If you are entitled to a refund, on damaged, faulty grounds we will refund you as follows:
if you return all products of your order at the same time on damaged, faulty grounds we will refund the cost of your order and the delivery charge.

Faulty goods under Warranty - Any defects in the products which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by BinaryMagics either by repair or, at the sole discretion of BinaryMagics , by replacement or refund. Any claim for products or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging.

In all cases refunds will only be offered once liability has been determined by ourselves or by an approved third party (courier or postal provider).

New products : If the product has been damaged or opened no refunds or returns will be accepted. If the product has been tampered in anyway no refunds or returns will be accepted.

International Buyers

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the Government in your respective country, this includes and is not limited to custom duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services.

Carriage will be charged on orders involving Export at the appropiate rate prevaling at the date of dispatch. The customer is responsible at their own expense to obtain any import or export license or any other documentation deemed necessary by any compilant authority.
