Postage

FireToys makes items to order, so there is a delay of 1 - 3 days between confirming your payment and posting your item. If you specify express postage, we'll get yours made first.

Australia

Australian Postage: cost of regular post is $8.1 (+$7.3 if you order qty 2, so postage on two is $15.4, three is $22.7, etc). Express post to any address in Australia is $15.1 (+$6.29 for each extra).

We send generally via Australia Post, although some large items may have to go private courier.

All our orders are sent with a tracking number, which we upload onto eBay, and email to you, when your item is sent. You can track your order on AusPost.com.au or E-Go.com.au, although the first visible tracking event is often: "delivered".

FireToys garentees you'll recieve your order. If your order doesn't arrive within 3 weeks, we will replace your item or give you a refund. We can not do anything before this date.

Pick up is not available; FireToys does not have a retail shop.
International Postage

International Postage is $25 (+$8 for each extra qty), or express courier international is $65 (+$6.79 each extra).

All Overseas orders are sent via Australia Post.

All our orders are sent with a tracking number, which we upload onto eBay, and email to you, when your item is sent. You will need to check your own countries' post office's website for tracking information, as Outgoing International Parcels can't be tracked on Auspost.com.au.

U.S.A., Italy, Brazil, and Maurituis if you order standard air mail your order will take 3 WEEKS MINIMUM. Ignore eBays optimistic postage times and order express if you wish to have your items sooner then 3 weeks!

Warranty/Returns

Everything we sell comes with a 3 month warranty. We generally just post you a replacement.

If you want a refund on something un-used, you can return it to us for no reason; but please allow 2 weeks for us to process your refund

Christmas information

If you'd like your parcels before Christmas, please order ASAP!

International: Anything non-express after 24th November will probably not arrive before Christmas. Anything express ordered after 12th December will probably not arrive before Christmas.

Australia: Anything ordered non-express after 10th December will probably not arrive before Christmas. Anything ordered express after 18th December will probably not arrive before Christmas. (Express before christmas within the same city is often 2-3 days+ in this busy period).

After 8 Christmases posting fire toys at the last minute, we are very confident of these dates. Please do not expect to receive your package before Christmas if you order after these dates. We will be focusing on express and prioritied handling orders first, however there will be extra delays in postage as a result. We have been at full manufacturing capacity since the 15th November.
