We take our feedback seriously. If there is any reason why you feel you should not leave positive feedback and not leave 5 stars in all of the DSR's (Detailed Seller Ratings), please contact us prior to leaving feedback. We will do what it takes to get positive feedback 100% of the time. DSR's consist of 4 different categories:
1) Item as described
3) Shipping time
4) Shipping and handling charges
If for some reason you feel that we do not deserve all 5 stars, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we may remedy the situation if possible.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We find that it is a quick and safe method of sending and receiving payments. We also take Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards directly, please do not email the credit card number but call 215-289-8460 to give us the numbers.
If you are purchasing more than one item please do NOT make a separate payment for each item, instead contact us, letting us know that you are finished; we will then calculate what combine shipping cost will be and send you a revised invoice saving you some of the expense for shipping your order.

Orders ship out the next business day after payment has cleared, unless there is a problem with shipping information given; and the buyer can’t be reached in time to confirm the information given is correct.
Our Return Policy
We make every attempt to describe our items as accurately as possible. Not only are we active sellers on eBay, but we've bought several items for personal use also. We know that nothing is more disappointing than receiving a misrepresented item. As hard as we try, we will still make mistakes.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 day, must be received in original box and condition it was shipped in with hang tags or certificates, buyer pays return shipping cost.
Attention International Buyers
Flossie's Gifts & Collectibles assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other restrictions and charges imposed or enforced by the destination country.
For orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. there will be local customs or duties. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. Please check with your country's customs office for precise charges before placing your bid. We will fill out the actual item contents and the package values based on your payment. We WILL NOT modify actual item values on the custom forms. We are in strict compliance with all regulations regarding shipments from the US to all international destinations.
It is important that international buyers provide a phone number for Customs Paperwork, if not given this could delay shipping your order.
If you refuse your package and don't pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways and all other handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
