The MHL adapter allows you to view videos and other media that you have on your phone on a compatible HD TV.

The MHL (USB Micro-B) to HDMI (Type-A female) adapter is used for connecting your MHL enabled devices to an HDMI TV using your HDMI cable. It transmits both audios and videos, so that you can view your pictures, watch movies or listen to music on a TV or home theater system. The MHL adapter supports max resolution to 1280x720p and all bandwidth between 25-75MHz.

What's more, it can also be used to connect micro USB Female port to computer or power adapter for charging and getting power using a micro USB to USB M/M cable.




How to use it?

This MHL adapter is compatible with the following devices, Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100,Infuse 4G I997,HTC Sensation 4G,HTC EVO 3D and HTC Flyer Tab.

To connect your device ,follow these steps:

  1. Connect a universal HDMI cable (not included) into the MHL adapter (A) and your TV (B).
    Note: The Universal HDMI cable is not included with your device.
  2. Connect the Travel charger included with your phone into the MHL adapter (C).
    Warning !: MHL adapter may not function properly when used with other travel chargers.
  3. Connect your Travel Charger to approved power source (D).
  4. Connect the MHL adapter into the micro USB port on your phone (E).This is the same port that your normally use to connect your Travel Charger.
    Note: Do not connect the MHL Adapter to your device through the Desktop dock. The Video and Audio output will not work correctly.
  5. Select the appropriate HDMI Port on your TV (consult your TV owner's manual).The TV screen will display what is on your phone.
    Note: After connecting the MHL Adapter, the upper and lower sides of the TV/Monitor's screen may be cut off. In this case, you can adjust the TV/ Monitor in the Settings menu on your TV. Consult your TV owner's manual.
