If you would like to collect the item, then cash on pick up is preferred. For EFTPOS payment, all saving account and cheque account won’t incur any surcharge. However, the bank may charge 1.5% to 3% fee if customer use credit cards.
Please kindly note there is $10 handling fee for each pick-up item, and please let us know the pick-up date and time via email or ebay message in advance.

- Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses by the buyer will be paid for by the buyer. Be default, items will be delivered to your eBay registered address unless specified. Delivery address cannot be changed after payment has been made. Please ensure your address is correct. Our system is not programmed to cross-check address details. It also helps if your email address and phone number is update.
- All shipments will be made within 2 working days and depart from Sydney after payment has been confirmed.
- Please allow up to 2~8 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker. Delivery will be between 9am to 5pm. No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.

- Our items are delivered with selected leading nation wide couriers such as TNT Express (www.tnt.com.au), Hunter Express (www.hunterexpress.com.au ), or Aust-post. We will provide a tracking number for your parcel so that you can easily trace down your parcel. We strive for prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.
- We strongly recommend you to purchase the transit insurance as this will protect and guarantee your item to be in its best condition. In the case of damage during transit, damaged good(s) must be reported within 24 hours from the date your received the item for insurance purposes. HEQS is not liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery if insurance fee is not paid. Receiver should check the goods and report any damage of goods in transit before sign the delivery docket.
- If the purchased item is greater than 25kg, or too large for one person to carry, the buyer must have someone available to help the courier unload the item.
- HEQS is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods on the transit. If problem do arise, please contact us, and we shall endeavor to resolve any issues. If negative feedback is left we will deem this as a completion of our obligations and no further resolution will be offered.

We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace or repair the item, or if item is substantially not as described in the list. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. Refunds are only offered if we are contacted within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Refunds will only be issued by direct deposit.
To return or repair a product purchased at HEQS, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting our Customer Service Department via email: sales@heqs.com.au.
HEQS will not accept goods for return which do not have a Return Authorization Number issued in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will need the following information, before we can issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Name and contact details, Invoice Number, eBay recorder Number and Reason for return.
Conditions:
- No refund / return offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a return.
- Shipping and Handing fee are non-refundable.
- The return item must be with the suitably/ re-saleable packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us.
- You notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving the good
- The returned item are received by us within 7 days of us providing you with an RA number
- The item are returned to us in 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact.
- That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
- Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's Order. Customers must return the products to us at their own cost.
