Starlite Shopping Mall Returns Policy: We take maximum care in quality control. If a customer is still not satisfied with the product, he/she may return the product for replacement/refund . The customer must return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be unused and should be in the original condition in which it was purchased (shipping is not refunded).

Non-Faulty Goods Return Policy: At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for replacement goods, or we may offer a refund equal to 80% of the purchase price deducting 20% or £5 per item (whichever is greater) as a handling fee.

This is on condition that:

    * The goods are returned in perfect condition
    * The goods are returned within fourteen days of purchase; and
