We post and have courier pickups every weekday except public holidays. We send our items via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. If you are wanting to track your item please email us for your tracking number. Items sent via Australia Post cannot be traced unless you request and pay extra for registered mail.
If you do not request and pay for registered mail we take no responsibility for non delivery of items.

We offer exchange on items where the fit is incorrect. All postage for exchange is at the buyers expense, retunr postage must be sent back in a traceable postage format. Until we receive payment for the postage we cannot send. We suggest including a pre paid trackable return postage envelope with your swap over item to avoid time delays.
We do offer refund a 10% re stocking fee may apply at managements discretion. The refund amount is only for the cost of the item - you will not be refunded the postage costs (unless the item is damaged or defect)
Returns & FAQ's
Yes we offer exchange on all items where fitting is incorrect.
You need to return your item to us with a return self addressed postage envelope along with a note of what you need to be swapped.
Your replacement item will be sent once we receive the incorrect sized item back.
Q: Do you combine postage? A: Yes we combine postage on most items, items that need to be sent seperatly such as bulky items cannot be combined.
Q: What size do you think I would be? A: You know your size, and your childrens sizes, better than we do. We make every effort to include size charts where possible, these are guides only and are to be used as such.
Q: Can I change my order? A: Yes, as long as we have stock of your requested size we are happy to change your selected size or color.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Yes, we offer refunds on the cost of the item - we do not offer refunds on postage charges. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee where we deem necessary.
Q: Where is my item? A: We send items daily Â– deliveries to FNQ, Outback WA & NT can take up to 7 Â– 10 working days, please allow for these time frames in these areas. Please check at your local post office, and if all else fails contact us and we will do our best to chase up your parcel. If you have not paid for registered post then there is no trace on the parcel and we take no responsibility for Australia Post lost items.
Q: Is Free Post registered? A: We do our best to offer FREE postage and keep costs of the items down. Our FREE POST is not registered, and therefore not traceable. You are welcome to request registered mail on our free post items at an extra $2, however as mentioned unless you request and pay for registered mail items will go regular mail.
Q: Can I get express post? A: All items are sent regular mail, for additional costs we can send express post.
Q: Can I pick up from the store? A: Our online department is a different arm to the retail arm of the business, pick up can be made at the premises but you need to print out your recipt or the ebay advertisement to enable ebay prices to be offered
