We are a retailer NOT just an– E-Tailer. If we do not have an item in stock, we will not list it. What we offer for sale on eBay is exactly the same product we offer to our customers that come through our doors – with the only difference being the price!
As an eBay customer, you are buying quality product at reduced prices. Unlike our retail customers, you do not have the privilege of testing the fragrances and getting full retail attention and advice from our staff – because of this you enjoy lower prices.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT deal in counterfeit fragrance either in our retail store or on eBay. It is a federal offence to sell counterfeit BRANDED goods in Australia. This applies to all retail sectors i.e. clothing, footwear, accessories etc. This offence carries substantial financial penalties and/or custodial sentences and we do not involve ourselves in such practices.
All fragrance and product we offer for sale on eBay is of the highest quality and comes from our retail store. We sell nothing on eBay that we would not be comfortable selling to our retail customers or using ourselves.
You will notice in our listings the following categories:

These are to help you understand exactly what you are buying. To elaborate:
1. Brand new in Box - means just that. This product is new, unopened and therefore unused. It may or may not be cellophane sealed. Some products simply are not sealed in cellophane and come from the manufacturer that way.
2. Brand New Without Box – this product is brand new and unused, but has no box. It may have been taken from a Gift Set or the outer packaging may have been damaged in some way so that it is not suitable for sale in our Retail Store. If this is the case we remove the outer box and send the item in the inner box only. We will always let you know in the listing which applies.
3. Brand New Tester – Because we have a Retail store, we often have surplus testers. These are what we use to demonstrate the product in store. The testers in this category are new and unused and are boxed. Testers may or may not have lids and are usually marked as Testers somewhere on the bottle. The box may be white, brown or the same as the retail box.
The fragrance in these testers is EXACTLY the same as a retail product of the same fragrance – you are simply not paying for the fancy packaging.
4. Luxe for Less – We often do corporate functions where we demonstrate fragrances or have testers that we no longer require. Although these fragrances have been sprayed, the remaining fragrance can be anything from 50% to 98% full and are completely fresh.
This is a great way of getting fragrance at a bargain price.
We will estimate as accurately as possible the percentage of remaining fragrance –more on the conservative side- so that you will be happy! After all, it does no one any good to lie!
Postage & Tracking….
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Due to recent changes in eBay policy, we are FORCED to offer Express Post as an option for the shipping of our items to be able to retain our Top Rated Seller status which we work very hard to maintain.
HOWEVER it is AGAINST Australian Aviation Law AND eBays own policies to send fragrance via air (Express) due to its classification of "Dangerous Goods" with extreme penalties for doing so. NO fragrance seller is able to legally send fragrance via air. ALL fragrance MUST travel by road.
We have been forced to choose Fastway Couriers as our Express option, but we strongly discourage you from choosing this as your item will still travel by road.
IT WILL NOT ARRIVE IN 1 - 3 DAYS AS STATED BY EBAY.
Our current Australia Post EParcel account is the quickest method of delivery within the legal constraints of sending fragrance.

If you buy and pay for your item before 6pm (in the East) or 4pm (in the West) we guarantee your parcel will leave the following morning.
All articles are posted Via Australian Post and comply (where applicable) with Australian law pertaining to carriage of dangerous goods.
Your purchase is securely packaged to eliminate breakages
We send all items via Australia Post using the eParcel system. This system allows tracking via the Internet and requires a signature on delivery.
If you are not at home when delivery occurs, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox, for collection of you item at your local Post Office.
You may choose to forego signature on delivery. If this is the case, please contact us at the time of payment and we will adjust the mailing label. Please note that if you choose this option, we cannot assist you if your parcel goes astray.
Australia Post gives a general estimate of 5 - 10 days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location. Deliveries in the Perth metropolitan area and closer regional areas within Western Australia are usually next day delivery. Please note we have NO CONTROL over the speed at which Australia Post deliver.
TRACK YOUR ITEM
The eParcel system allows you to track your item via the Internet. On despatch of your item, you will receive an email from Australia Post -
This email will contain a direct link to the tracking page for your item. Simply click on the "subscribe" link - this will take you directly to the tracking information for your item. Eparcel will also send you updates on the transit status of your parcel. Please ensure your email address is correctly recorded with us so you receive all tracking emails.
We accept payment via PayPal or by direct deposit into our bank account.
If using PAYPAL -
Payment will be instant if you have used existing Paypal funds or a credit card for your Paypal payment. If you have used your bank account in Paypal (also known as an eCheque), it will take around 5 -7 days for the payment to clear before we can despatch your order.
If using bank deposit -
Please note that some bank deposits do not appear immediately in the account. We check our account on a daily basis and will update the status of your payment via eBay.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1) All items returned must be unopened/unused and in resalable condition.
2) All packaging must be in perfect condition and if applicable, cellophane must be intact.
3) Any items to be returned must be received by us within 10 days of your receipt of the item.
4) All returns must first be authorized for return by us.
As long as the above requirements are met, we are happy to refund your payment, excluding any postage paid.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or mistake of purchase the cost of the return postage will be the buyers responsibility. Refunds will not be given until we receive the returned item in perfect condition. For your peace of mind, we recommend sending all returns via registered post and using secure packing materials.
No responsibility will be taken by us for damaged or lost items during return. To simplify your return, we can arrange a prepaid label to be sent to you at a cost of $14.00. This is what Australia Post charges us for returns.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will bear the return postage costs. Please contact us and we will arrange a prepaid label to be sent to you.
Our feedback system is automated with eBay.
Once we receive positive feedback from you, eBay will automatically send you return positive feedback on our behalf.
