QUANTARAY LIGHTING UNIT - WHAT IS IT?

DESCRIPTION: Quantaray Lighting Unit, in original box. In good condition. Problem is we don't know what it is! Looks to be an illuminator of some sort that clips to something. Takes a single AA battery. Anyone have any ideas?

US BUYERS

Shipping 2-3 days after purchase, USPS Priority Mail; delivery confirmation included. Buyer responsible for shipping fees. We combine shipping if multiple items purchased. Fed Ex Ground for large, heavy items. No local pickup. If Paypal is used, we ship only to the address Paypal provides, no exceptions. Payment must be received within 14 days after close of auction. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS REQUIRED TO PAY STATE TAX.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All items above $100 ship International Express only. $100 and under, we offer Priority Mail International; and for small packages, the new Priority International Small Flat Rate. We declare correct amount on customs forms, we will not commit fraud by declaring the item as a GIFT, declare a lower buying amount, etc. Shipping 2-3 days after purchase. INSURANCE CLAIMS

We are committed to getting the item to you safely, and therefore package the item with that aim in mind. If damage is incurred during shipment, before honoring an insurance claim, please return item and packaging item was shipped in. We DO NOT reimburse item repairs, including but not restricted to shipper's negligence.

RETURN POLICY

14 days (from your receipt of goods) satisfaction guarantee. If not as described, we will buy it back. Full reimbursement upon receipt. Item must be properly packaged & insurance purchased when returning item(s). If damage is incurred during shipping, PO requires packaging item was shipped in & item itself be submitted before honoring an insurance claim. We WILL NOT reimburse repair done to the camera as a result of damage incurred during shipping.

FEEDBACK

Due to the changes made to the feedback system by eBay, we feel that (the new system) is intended for Buyers to rate Sellers only. Therefore, we are no longer providing any feedback for our Seller to Buyer transactions.
