Receipt of Delivery

E-Luxury must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if item/s are received faulty or damaged. No items is to be returned to E-Luxury until E-Luxury has approved the return. If a return has not been approved this may void your insurance policy against your item. All damages and faults must be photographed and sent to e-luxury for assessment.

Once we have received your notice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liaise directly with either the courier or our Supplier/s to resolve the issue. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy section for more information.

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
In the circumstance that products/s are damaged during transit, we do carry transit insurance to protect your purchase, however it is your obligation and it is necessary for your transit warranty that you thoroughly check your delivery for damages prior to signing. Where you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by transit insurance. You must ask the courier driver to document and initial your remarks/comments. Photo/s must be taken of the damage immediately following the delivery.

All international orders will be sent with a tracking number.

Payments
PAYMENT & LAY-BY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment for this item must be made within 3 working days or the order shall be cancelled.
If payment can not be made within the 3 working days please contact us, to organise an arrangement.
If the item is no longer available and your order has been paid; you shall be contacted and offered the following options
1. Await for the item to return back into stock or
2. your order shall be cancelled and full purchase amount shall be refunded the same way that the payment was made.

LAY BY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Lay-by service is available for a period of 6 weeks.
Total Lay-by order includes the item/s plus shipping/delivery charges, unless other arrangements have been made with E-Luxury.

A 50% deposit is required of the total lay-by order including shipping/delivery within 3 working days of date of purchase.
Further weekly instalments is to be made until the total amount including delivery/shipping is paid.
Deposit and weekly instalments must be made via paypal or bank deposit.
Invoices will be emailed to you for payment.
A cancellation of lay by will incur a cancellation fee of 15%. This amount covers ebay fees, and restocking fees.

Please advise E-Luxury if you wish to purchase with a lay-by service.

The Item/s will not be sent or available for pick up until the full payment has been completed & paid.
Orders can not be separated if a combined shipping rate has been given,

Item/s sent back for return due to change of mind must not, been worn or used otherwise a refund, credit and exchange will not be issued.
Items returned without its original packaging or damage to the items original packaging, will not be issued a refund, credit or an exchange.
Item/s must be returned with all its original packaging, undamaged with tags attached, dust bags, label cards, plastic wraps, cases, boxes etc, otherwise a refund, exchange and credit will not be issued.
Item/s sent back to E Luxury failing to be secure & protective in packaging therefore resulting in damage to item/s during transit will be denied a refund, credit and an exchange.
It is the buyers obligation to send the item/s back with a tracking, as a refund, credit and/or exchange shall be denied if the item is lost in transit. All return Policies shall be void and no refunds, credit or exchange shall be issued for item/s lost in transit.
