Every effort has been made to provide accurate product descriptions in the product listings. Occasionally there may be inaccuracies, mistakes, errors or misinterpretations, which we reserve the right to correct as they're identified.
All graphics and photos in our store and listings are for illustration purposes only. The actual products supplied may differ in size, shape or colour.
All item prices are inclusive of GST.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We require a MOBILE PHONE number which will be used to confirm order details for the courier to arrange delivery. If you do not provide a contact number, an attempt will be made to deliver your item however your delivery may be delayed.
Local Pickup for stocked items is available from our Brisbane warehouse. Please contact us prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise stated as "Free Shipping", all shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the buyer. These fees are stated in the listing for each item.
Orders will be shipped once payment has been received in full.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking details are usually updated with your order within 24hrs of shipment. From time to time these updates may take an extra day or two to occur. eBay provides estimates on shipping delivery timeframes. Couriers are usually much faster, so please check your order with your tracking ID to get a status update. If you've had no status update then we will lodge an enquiry into your delivery which may take up to 24 hours, but usually results in the order being found and promptly delivered. As this is out of our control we ask that you please contact us if you believe the delivery timeframe has been too long, rather than waiting!

All items are despatched during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (public holidays excluded)
Delivery to Eastern Seaboard capital city metropolitan areas is usually within 2-4 business days. Delivery Australia wide can be anywhere from 1-14 working days. Don't forget you can track your delivery with the tracking number provided to you via email once payment has been cleared and the item has shipped.

Items are packed with quality packing materials and leave our warehouse in brand new condition. This does not rule out the possibility of damage or loss as a result of transporting the goods however. Although every effort is taken by our couriers to handle the items with care, the couriers and Fastener Kits Online are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods during delivery.
We require for the buyer to complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 5 days of the sending of the email. Should the transaction not be completed, and payment has not been initiated, then the Unpaid Item Process will be initiated.
We accept Paypal, Bank deposit at any St George Bank or Internet Banking, or throughPaypal.
Buyers wishing to make bulk purchases may be eligible for a discount. Please contact us for further information.
Payment confirmation duration is usually as follows:
- St George transfer: 1 business day
- Other bank/internet transfer: 2-3 business days
- Paypal: Payments sent from a PayPal account balance, Instant Bank Transfer and credit or debit card are usually completed instantly. If paying via eCheque, clearance can be between 7-8 working days. It may take 2-3 days to create a Paypal account if you don't already have one.
Guarantee, Returns and Warranty Policies
Please contact us before returning any items under our guarantee or warranty policy.
For items with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer regarding service and support under their warranty terms.
We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees for any non-faulty returned items. If the buyer sends the item back via C.O.D service, then we will be unable to accept them item. Please pre-pay the shipping fees.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please first contact us to resolve the matter. If a return is deemed the best outcome (and applies to that item), we will provide you with return details and instructions. Not all items are eligible for refund (such as custom orders) - please refer to the product listing description for any particular details regarding this. Where returns are applicable, please ship the item to us within 30 days in unused condition and in the original packaging and we will be happy to refund your purchase price.
All items are quality checked before despatch. Any items returned with parts missing can not be refunded.
