Hi up for auction we have this very rare JDM (Japanese domestic market) pre-pollution inlet manifold to suit Holden Gemini G161z engines. It will also suit Rodeo G180z and G200z motors.

This is a very very hard manifold to find. It is very similar to very early TX Gemini manfiolds but with minor differences. It will bolt onto any TX, TC, TD, TE, TF and TG petrol Gemini, KB Rodeo and Chev Luv.

The manifold has EXCELLENT water fittings - where do you find ANY Gemini manifold with fittings that aren't rotten?! These fittings are excellent - minor surface rust on the ends only - no rot - no holes.

The carb flange has been extensively modified - ported out to the max. The breather ports under the flange have been removed and profesionally welded up. This manifold was set up for use in a draw through Weber carb turbo setup. (Where the Weber is mounted in front of the turbo.)

It has a custom fabricated adaptor which enables a pipe to be fitted to the manifold to run to the turbo. The welding on the adaptor is superb - it has a screw in brass breather fitting installed and the manifold is match ported to the adaptor. The adaptor has a proper ridge with valleys for a perfect seal. Outside diameter is 50mm approx.

If you didn't want to run a turbo you could fit a 32/36 Weber or similar. If you want the manifold for an N/A engine I can send it with a downdraft Weber adaptor instead if you prefer.

You won't find another one of these manifolds anywhere in any condition let alone like this. Please note this manifold has NOT been sand blasted - what you are seeing is its original condition - it really is phenominal!

Manifold is supplied with an excellent thermostat housing (no thermostat fitted).

Sold as shown in the photos (unless you want a 32/36 Weber adaptor fitted instead of the turbo one).
