Rare Sansui FR 3060 circa 1973 in good clean original condition. 240/120 volts -switchable. This deck is VERY heavy -10kg  -the platter itself is 1.9 kg. Deck is in vgc and  partly renovated by myself needing minor attention to the following:-

  • Bias weight is missing.
  • No cartridge supplied.
  • Phono plugs need replacing.

Please remember this deck is nearly 40 years old and there will be some marks/scratches etc -it is NOT brand new!  

Bearing oil has been changed and belt is in good condition. Holds speed very well -motor is quiet -sound quality very superior to most japanese decks -including the Pioneer PL12D!

Lid and hinges intact  -no splits or cracks etc and lid stays up but support strut is missing (decks had them in the early 1970's!)

Someone will get  a bargain here - a top quality deck requiring minimal effort to restore! Supplied with downloaded service manual.
