A promotional money box from BNSW.
The Bank of New South Wales Savings Bank Limited.
In the form of a football, with coin slot in the centre of the ball's laces.
Facade of the football is embossed "Bank of New South Wales Savings Bank Limited."
It also has its original sticker, still vibrantly coloured, of a footballer running on the field, with the advertising slogan;
"You'll score with a WALES Savings Account".
Underside of football has a flat section ensuring football displays perfectly.
This was a single use money box, and as noted on the back of the mid section of the money box;
"When this football is full, take it to a branch of
the Bank of New South Wales Savings Bank Limited.
Contents will be credited to your account and
a new box issued free".
In MINT vintage condition with no damage, signs of use, scuff marks, etc.
Measures 9.3cm tall, and is 12.5 x 8.5cm in width and breadth.
It weighs just 34grams.
