An original and vintage Edgewater Star Detective Agency patch.  The only one on eBay.  This is not a reproduction.

I am posting a portion of my vinatge patch collection on eBay.  None of the patches are new reproductions; they are all original.  Most of them, if not all, are in unused condition.  The majority of my patches are from the 1960's, 1970's, and 1980's.  The majority are from the 1970's.  A very small amount may be from the 1950's or earlier.  A small amount from the 1960's and 1980's.  There are very few, if any, from the 1990's.  There is a 99% chance each patch was produced 15 or more years ago.  Most of the patches are affiliated with government, security, shooting, boy scouts, Chicago, Illinois, and Cook County.

Please use photos to judge approximate size and condition.  Look closely to see if the patch is a sew-on or iron-on.  If you have any questions, concerns or comments please send me a message prior to bidding.

Items are professionally packed and ship daily.  Handling time is 1-day or same-day depending on when payment clears.  Packages ship Monday thru Friday and Saturday when available.  The faster the payment is received the faster your item ships.  

Standard shipping includes UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail.  Expediated shipping will ship via USPS Priority mail.  Please note that UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. Box.

Items shipped via UPS are always insured.  I purchase shipping labels through eBay and PayPal.  Once the label is created you will be contacted by eBay with tracking information.  Domestic orders totaling $75 or more will include insurance.  International orders over $49 will include insurance.  Signature will be required on all orders totaling $199 or more.

Most of my items will ship worldwide.  If you believe my international shipping quote to be unfair please message me and I will try to find a better rate. Communication is key and if my shipping policy is unclear I encourage you to message me.

Returns are allowed up to 14 days from the time of delivery.  Buyer will always pay return shipping.  Please contact me prior to returning an item and please wait for a response.  Many items that are returned will need to include insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation.  Items must be returned in the condition that they were received. If an item arrives damaged please message me within 24 hours. Pictures of the damaged item with a time-stamp must be e-mailed within 24 hours.  You may or may not need to contact your mail carrier if an item is received damaged or DOA.  Item may need to be returned to the post office and a case may need to be filed with the mail carrier.  This is made on a case-by-case decision so please wait for my response before taking action. 

Most of my items are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order.  If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  You will be refunded the purchase price less my actual outbound shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees when your return has been processed.  Return processing time generally takes one to three days.  (Restocking fees will be 20% of item price.)
