Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.  We will send you a revised invoice with the altered shipping costs.

Delivery
Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 8am Monday to Friday, and have cleared payment received for, are despatched the very same day!

International - We ship certain products to specified international destinations, please check postage details on the listing for price and destination.  If you are purchasing more than one item for international shipping please contact us for a more specific postage rate .  If the items being sent weigh more than 2kg then we will ship in multiple parcels and will amend your postage accordingly.

We only ship to your Paypal address, please note you can set up more delivery addresses in Paypal.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday (Royal Mail items may be delivered on Saturday but is not guarenteed). Your address must be complete, including house number/name and postcode. If delivery is ParcelForce, and our ParcelForce system does not recognise the address/you have not supplied us with a telephone number to contact you, we will have no option but to cancel your order.

Delivery Address: 
We do everything possible to ensure your item is sent to the requested Paypal address. Should you realise that the address is incorrect please telephone us immediately on 01274 688 388.

Faulty Goods 
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt with your purchase details (Username, Item number, Item title, Delivery address), please contact us through eBay communications. The buyer must pay for the return shipping by Royal Mail 1st class/Parcels where upon reciept of faulty goods we will refund cost of return through Paypal.  The item will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us at the buyer's cost in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Incorrectly dispatched items
Must be returned in saleable condition, initially at the buyers cost by Royl Mail 1st Class, upon reciept we will refund cost of return shipping through Paypal/Credit/Debit cards.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid by the buyer. Refund of purchase price less postage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

FEEDBACK
We aim to deliver your item as quickly as possible. Should there be a problem with the item or if it is lost or incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem for you.
