The Product

RimPro-Tec is a highly developed durable plastic formula extrusion that is easily applied to the wheel via an adhesive 3M VHB tape. The design consists of a carrier that is adhered to the wheel and an inner that is interchangeable allowing the customer to make changes to the appearance of their vehicle depending on different moods and the colour of their car.

The innovative and patented design of the product allows minimal fitting time and produces no safety issues as reported by Tranz NZ.

Advantages of RimPro-Tec

RimPro-Tec reduces the risk of kerb damage. Wheel refurbishment is timely and costly. When refurbishment takes place the wheels require removal from the vehicle and colour matching is not always satisfactory and the wheels are left in some cases in a non-original condition. This exercise that can reoccur each time the vehicle is manoeuvred against the kerb. RimPro-Tec allows customers to alter and individualise the appearance of their vehicle to their own choosing.

RimPro-Tec dramatically reduces the risk of damage to your precious and vulnerable alloy wheels from scrapes and scuffs caused by contact with the kerb when parking and manoeuvring.

RimPro-tec is available in a range of colours or is supplied in discreet colours that match those of the wheel. Customers can buy the inner coloured aspect of RimPro-Tec separately.

Each RimPro-Tec System comes complete with a full set of either 4 x Silver inners + 4 x Silver outers or 4 x Black inners + 4 x Black outers, Fitting tool, 4 x Preparation Wipes and Installation instructions.

Choose which RimPro-Tec System best suits your rims and then why not add a different colour inner from the full range below to make your rims stand out from your mates or suit your mood.
