I bought one of these Rockford 2614 some years ago, from an australian seller. I wanted to expand an existing identical rockford 2614 set from my locally hifi dealer. At first I wonder why the australian system looks different to my other system. I build it in my car and then I know whats wrong. It sounds so terrible in comparism to the system from my hifi dealer. Than I found an information in the network, that there are a lot of fakes. The australian seller sold me a fake unit from china or so. You can see it for example on a missing white sticker on the package or the Rockford emblem on the frequency box mirroring chrome at the fake. The original embleme is mat alu. So be careful. You can't get the original Rockford FNX system new because the last was produced 2003. But the original system sounds very great. The punch is very good and the tweeters sounds very clear. Its high end. I rate the original product.Read full review
