If you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The Item must be returned to us within 14 days using an insured and trackable delivery service. Please obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any losses You are responsible all postage costs and have a duty of care for the item until it is signed for and received by us. The item must be in the original condition unused and in its original packaging Tablecloths and fabrics should be folded with EXACTLY the same folds. Please enclose a copy of the invoice for a full refund or exchange. If returned to us in used condition then we reserve the right to refuse the refund or part thereof. We will refund or exchange the goods less the dispatch cost. There is also a 10% Handling Fee, due to the fabric being cut to size.
