In the case of new parts, we only buy new, genuine main dealer stock which are also accurately described and, to the best of our knowledge, in fully working order. No warranty is provided on our goods but if any are damaged, faulty or incorrect we will refund after it is returned. All items are sold as seen.

About Our Products
Unless otherwise stated all of our parts are NEW, in FULLY WORKING CONDITION. Please note that not all items are supplied in original manufacturers packaging (possibly due to multiple items originally in one packet being sold as individual items). We do try to include at least some of the packaging in our pictures to give an idea of what to expect and due to the nature of our items packaging can become quite oily or grubby. Most larger, original items do come boxed but occasionally boxes become tatty, torn or dirty due to the weight of the contents or from being moved around in storage. Where possible we try to repair the packaging so that it can be sent with the item.
Please try to be reasonable and realistic when submitting a Best Offer - we understand that everyone loves a bargain and that's why we include the facility to submit an offer but also bear in mind that we are a business with overheads and that our stock and packaging does cost us money to buy. Best Offers on £3.99 or £4.99 items are generally only accepted from repeat customers or as part of multiple purchases as our margins on these items are very small, accepting a £1 or £2 offer on these items often would leave us out of pocket after paying final valuation, Paypal and postage costs so please do not be offended if your offer is declined.
It is your responsibility prior to purchase or submitting a Best Offer to visually check our item is the same as your current item and to take all reasonable means to ensure compatibility. By purchasing on our auction you agree that you have made reasonable checks and taken responsibility to deem our product compatible via the part number and picture.
Please also remember that a Best Offer is a commitment to buy and not a facility to as us a question - please DO NOT submit a Best Offer unless you are prepared to pay for your item if the offer is accepted. If you require advice or assistance in order to decide if the part is suitable for your needs then please do this through the Ask Seller A Question facility and we will do our utmost to help.
Any courier charge quoted is mainland UK only and is EXCLUSIVE of HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS where an additional charge may be required. If you are in one of these areas I'm sure that you will understand that this is not a charge levied by us but by the courier companies.
We always combine postage on multiple purchases - WORLDWIDE - where possible. The only exception to this would be where combining items for international shipping would exceed the 2kg maximum weight limit . In this instance items would have to be shipped separately and the individual shipping charges would apply (in this case we may be able to give a discount on the item price instead, just ask).
If an item does not have an international postage cost attributed to it for your country this generally means that the item is too large or heavy for carriage by the Royal Mail. If you desperately need one of our items which isn't showing as being available to your country don'y worry - most things can be sent by international courier but this can be expensive and sometimes prohibitive in relation to the value of the item. We have recently sent a clutch plate to Vietnam and an engine to Sweden so it can be done!
If you live in New Zealand please don't worry when you can't find a postal cost for your country on ANY of our listings - this appears to be nothing more than an ebay glitch which does not give us an option to select New Zealand at the point of listing. Postal charges to New Zealand are the same as those to Australia.
We go to great lengths to ensure that our packing is comprehensive and we try to do everything we can to ensure that your product is well protected and does not arrive damaged. In the rare event that damage has occurred in transit please contact us via ebay and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.
On the odd occasion when this happens the Royal Mail or courier may ask for further information or photos to be supplied in order for them to process any compensation claim and we would greatly appreciate your assistance should this be required.
Returns are always welcome but your return postage will only be refunded where we have dispatched an item wrongly - please see our Distance Selling Terms for full details of returns.
Should you be returning a brand new part it should BE RETURNED UNOPENED and the same comprehensive level of packaging and method of postage should be used to return an item as was used to send it. A surcharge will be applied if any part returned is used, damaged or lost (where posted without proof) or will lead to us having to resell as second hand or being unable to resell at all.
We will not refund items which have been damaged due to poor return packaging or for high value items which have not been sent by trackable or insured means (RM Signed For, Hermes Tracked or Courier). Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the part reaches us safely for returns just as it is our responsibility to do so when posting to you.
Please note that all returns must be notified via Ebay Message system WITHIN 14 days of item dispatch. Returns should ONLY be sent to the address on the returns label on the outside of your packaging and nowhere else. If the returns label is missing or you have discarded the original packaging then simply contact us and we will provide you with the correct address.
We will leave positive feedback for all buyers after they leave feedback for us. If you buy and are not happy - please tell us, let us fix the problem for you then were all happy! Ebay is all about communication and feedback - as well as bargains!
