• Yes certainly, please contact us with your postcode (or country for international customers) and the items you are interested in and we will advise you of the combined rate.

How will my item be posted?

• We generally use Australia Post's parcel service

• for international customers we post via Air Mail

• for all purchases totalling AUD$100.00 or more, insurance is compulsory and will be included at checkout. Registered mail will be used in these cases so we can track your purchase on its way to your door.

For overseas transactions, can you please mark the parcel as a "Gift" and declare a lower value?

• We are sorry but the Customs Declaration is a legal document and all parcels will be marked with the correct sale price amount. Please take any relevant duties/taxes into account when bidding.

Do you charge the actual postage cost?

• Yes we do plus a small handling fee to cover packaging costs. Most of our sales have calculated postage, so you can see immediately how much it should cost to post to your address.

When will my item be posted?

• We always sell items we physically have in stock, or are currently available from our suppliers? warehouses so we will always post either the same day payment is cleared into our account or the following business day.

• We will notify you by email once your item has been posted.

What does cleared into our account mean?

• It means that deposits direct to our bank account or PayPal eCheques are visible to us in our accounts and funds can be withdrawn if necessary.

How long does this take?

• Normally you need to allow up to 7 BUSINESS days for this to happen. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and is often quicker than that, but that's what you need to keep in mind.

How do I avoid this long delay?

• Good question. The best way is to pay instantly using PayPal or your credit card through PayPal.

I need my item posted today!

• Where possible, we are very happy to assist with urgent requests

• Please always email us before bidding/buying if you have a special delivery need.

Can I pick my item up?

• For items we have in our personal stock pick-up is always available.

• We just need you to arrange a mutually acceptable time and place. Where products are shipped directly from our suppliers? warehouses, pick-up is not an option. This will be clearly shown on our listings.

I've made a mistake! How can we cancel my bid for an auction item?

I can't go through with my purchase ? what can I do?

• In the rare circumstance where you are really unable to complete your purchase, you need to notify us as soon as possible. We will agree to mutually cancel the transaction which will not result in any negative impact for either of us.

What is your return policy?

• We truly want you to love every item you purchase and so we are happy for you to return an unsuitable item for a full REFUND, including original postage, under the following conditions:

  • Item is significantly not as described.

  • Item has been damaged during shipping. (We need to have these items returned to us so we can claim from Aus Post). Note insurance info above.

  • Items of clothing or footwear are unworn and in the same condition they arrived, including original packaging and tags if attached

Please note that for hygiene reasons there is no return on lingerie or intimate items so please choose these carefully!

Who pays for the return postage?

• As per normal business practice it is the BUYER responsibility to return the goods for exchange or refund.

• Yes certainly, as long as our above conditions are met and we have the required items in stock or available to us.
