1. Buyer who returns or cancels bought item without rational reasons has to pay 10% restocking fees of each.
2. Refund is based on the price of the item excluding shipping fee. Please notice us if any damages or defects within 20 days since the end of the auction.
3. For any lost, stolen or damaged packages caused during delivering, we DON’T take responsibility if buyers do not buy insurance which is optional and an extra purchase. Customers have to claim refund from Post office themselves.
4. In case of a request from buyer who prefers returning the item, buyer should pay the shipping fee. It is a must that item remains original packaging without modification. We WON’T be responsible for any lost returning items.
