FAULTS:

Should your item be faulty please contact us via an eBay message. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. Items are inspected by both ourselves and our suppliers own QC Department for signs of wear and sabotage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworm and with original packaging intact (this includes all packaging and header-card). If the item is found to be genuinely faulty we will issue a refund. Returns must be returned a buyer expense.

UNWANTED ITEM/WRONG SIZE:

Should you no longer want your item or it is the wrong size, please contact us via aneBay message. We can then supply you with a returns authorisation number and returns address. You must notify us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the item cost. No postage costs will be refunded.

EXCHANGE:

Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately via an eBay message so we can assist you. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you less of postage and packaging charge as shown on eBay. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility, On arrival the original item will be refunded. Please input a new order in the normal way.
