I will ship outside of the continental US, however, the cost of shipping will be the actual cost, rather than the stated shipping. Any issues as to non-delivery or damage in shipping are to be between the buyer and the carrier. I try to pack with a vengenace, but once in a while damage does occur. I am willing to help, but the buyer must pursue the claim. If you aren't willing to abide by the policy, please don't bid.
