Postage & Delivery

The Farm Store uses a combination of Couriers and Australia Post for all deliveries. We prefer to send our items via Star Track Express or by Toll Priority courier services for addresses that can accept a signature on delivery. We understand that this is not always possible and we also understand that sometimes our customers prefer to have their items sent to their local post office. In the case were we have been instructed to send an item to a post office, the item will be sent via Australia Post. In most cases, we ship out our orders within 3-5 days, sometimes faster.

Returns & Refund

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
