        Insurance

        Insurance is offered and stongly recommended on every sale to cover swift replacement
        in case of any transit damage or loss. In case of a damaged item please contact
        one of our staff at Online Auto Parts and we will take care of any claims and deal
        with it swiftly.

        

        Claims after 7 days of the detection of the defect or damage are not accepted.
        Loss of item where buyer requested goods to be left without signature will not be

            choosing to use own carrier account. Most items shipped from Brisbane will take

Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date
                of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice. 
            
The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard
                of the instructions. 
            
We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
                

                    
Item is dead on arrival or damaged
                    
There is a manufacturing fault with the item
                    
The wrong item was sent to you
                
            
            
If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer
                a refund less a 25% restocking fee to cover costs & associated fees. We must
                be notified within 72 hours of receipt of product if you would like a replacement
                or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. 
            
Warranty does not cover any related installation costs involved. 
            
Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized
                and accepted by Online Autoparts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment
                costs between Online Autoparts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
            
            
No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing
                and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
            
            
Always contact us with any issues or problems prior to returning the item/s. We

Can I pick up?
        
        

            

            Yes. All orders can be picked up at our Geebung warehouse. Items can be paid at
            time of collection of prepaid. Pickup times are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
            

            

            Please contact us before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection.
            Some items are not available for pickup immediately.
            
        
        

            
How do I pay?
        
        

            

                Please go to our CHECKOUT page found within every listing for full instructions
                on paying for your item. We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, Paypal & Bank Deposit.
                We do NOT send items Cash On Delivery.
            
        
        

            
Do your prices include GST?
        
        

            

            Yes, all of our prices include GST. We are a registered Australian company and you
            will receive a GST tax invoice with each item you purchase. Please contact us if
            one is not supplied with your order.
            
        
        

            
Do I get a discount on shipping if I win multiple items?
        
        

            

            In most cases, YES you do! Australia wide customers will receive
            a big discount on the lower of the two shipping costs. In Most cases the shipping
            of additional purchased items will not add to the shipping costs. We only charge
            the shipping cost of the item with the highest shipping price. This is our incentive
            to you for buying extra items at the same time. These items must be added together
            before completing checkout and payment. Please see item description for details.
            
        
        

            

            International Customers we cannot offer the same discount to but you will save on
            shipping by combining items in the one checkout.
            
        
        

            
My shipment has not yet arrived. What do I do?
        
        

            

            Please use the ebay "Ask Seller a Question" or 
                Contact Us Here and we will be more than happy to trace your package and update
                you on it's status. Most items are shipped within 1 to 2 days of cleared funds being
                received.
