Stalk control leads are traditionally a trade part installed by professional car audio fitters who have both experience with wiring looms and the car which is being worked on in front of them. They can ensure the correct lead is selected for the OEM radio and that there is nothing strange about the particular vehicle (DIfferent loom/radio than expected for example) - they do however charge for this service.

Our leads are much cheaper than those bought in a shop but you do lose this selection ability - therefore on occasion you may find the lead you recieve is not correct for your specific vehicle - there is nothing we can do about this as we do not have your vehicle in our workshop to compare the leads with each other. 

 

 

In this, or any other case we offer a full GOODS ONLY money back guarantee on items returned within 7 days. We DO NOT refund OR pay ANY postage. In the unlikely event of the lead not working you are welcome to pop it back in the post for a refund on the GOODS ONLY. Likewise, if you are thinking of paying a third party to install this item for you then please bear in mind that any labour bill resulting from this would be your responsibility as we limit our responsibility to refunding the GOODS ONLY in the event of  incompatibility or any other problem.
