Refund or Exchange given in the event of manufacturing fault, but not if customer has simply changed their mind. In the event of a manufacturing fault, Groover's Trunk will pay for the return postage. Please note that items are inspected for general manufacturing flaws before being sent. In the event of wrong size, we are to be notified immediately and Item must be returned in same condition, unworn with tags, within 7 days. The correct size will be sent to the customer once the original item has been returned, however customer is to pay for postage, so please be certain of your size. If we do not carry the replacement size in the item, you may have a refund of the price of the item or an exchange for other goods that we carry, providing the item is returned in same condition, unworn with tags and any original packaging it was sent in, in tact.
