What payments methods do you accept?
PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Money Order and LAY-BY. Please visit our about me page for more details.

What are the processing times?
Processing time for payments can vary from each method, we strive to process payments as quickly as possible but please allow 1-2 days after we receive your payment for your order to be processed, please note that bank transfers can take up to 48 hours for us to recieve, even if your financial institute says the payment is instant it still may take time for your refernece to show on our accounts.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, items that are express posted will take between 1-3 working days. Please contact or visit the provided shipping company first before contacting us, as your item/s may be awaiting collection from your local post office. All tracking details are emailed to you after your order is dispatched. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder first before contacting us.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover Australian Air Express and eParcel. Services include Ground, Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day delivery. For international orders we prefer to use Australia Post. We may at any time decide to use a more econimical or different service. We also welcome overseas bidders and will supply shipping costs on request or checkout! Postage times may vary depending on location. If this product offers FREE postage please read below.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes! We now have a Direct Factory Outlet located at Building 2. 7/9 Butler Way Tullamarine. VIC 3043. Please do not order online if you intend to pick it up, as you may still have to pay any postage and handling fees associated with the item.

Free Postage Offer
We offer Free Express Postage anywhere in Australia for this product. The FREE service is a "no signature required" service, we will provide you only with a tracking number. This option is perfect if you know that somebody will be at the delivery address at all times during business hours or you have a PO Box or a secure place for the delivery man to leave the item at your address as if you are not home the item will be left at the delivery address in most cases. In the unlikely situation your item is missing during delivery, we cannot and will not replace the item, if you would like your item to be covered for damge during the delivery for this service, we would suggest choosing Insurance as this is the only way we will replace/repair the damaged article. If you require a signature on delivery please choose another postage option. Please do not ask for a replacement if insurance has not been paid for. (To Insure your article please pay the additional $2.00 charge, on checkout)

* No refunds for changes of mind
We will happily offer replacement items if:
* the item is "dead on arrival" i.e. it is broken or damaged.
* There is a manufacturing fault with the item.
* The wrong item was sent to you.
Any item returned to Celebrity Style for replacement, found to be in correct condition will incur a $30.00 Service Fee.
Any unauthorised repairs carried out on any of our products will result in the Warranty being voided.
Any associated costs related to the return of any products for repairs or replacement is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Please return the unused product, in its brand new condition, in the exact same re-salable condition. All refunds are excluding postage. Any associated costs related to the return of any products for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Exchanging:
Selecting a colour from a computer screen can sometimes be difficult. Celebrity Style can offer a colour exchange. Colours can be exchanged provided the extensions are unused and the zip tie is still intact. The packaging must also be in its brand new state. Customers must include a self addressed pre paid envelope or payment details for return shipping, a copy of your invoice and contact details including, return address. Please ensure that the exchange form that you would have received with your order is completely filled in. Please allow 14 days for exchanging.

Payment
Payment must be received within 7 days after purchasing.

Overseas Bidders
Payment can only be made via PayPal. Please contact us for a shipping total before checkout, you MUST not check out without contacting us first. Orders will not be dispatched if an incorrect shipping amount has been paid. Please allow up to 14 working days after a cleared payment for international postage, as items are shipped from Australia.

Postage
Shipping costs include guaranteed dispatch within 5 - 10 working days of payment being received / processed (within Australia). All deliveries are performed during normal business hours. All customer delivery requirements including contact phone numbers must be up to date at time of checkout. All deliveries will be made to the customers address provided at checkout and cannot be changed after.

Lost Items
We obtain proof of postage and delivery on all items sent (except FREE postage) these can be provided upon request. We will do all we can to work with you to track an item , and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search.

Faulty Items
All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us immediately and return it to us in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace it if the item is found to be faulty. Celebrity Style is committed to work through any issues our customers may have in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Hair Extensions
Celebrity Style will not in anyway, be held responsible for the mistreatment or misuse of your hair extensions. Any type of hair extension method on the market MAY cause damage to your hair if treated, used or maintained incorrectly. Celebrity Style will not in any way be held liable or reasonable for any damage that may be caused to the extensions. The purchaser is responsible for reading our terms and making an informed decision on what method best suits them. Refunds are not offered for any reason after opening, due to hygienic reasons

How Many Extensions Are Required?
Without seeing your hair it's very hard to suggest an exact amount, here is a general guide of how many extensions are required.
50 - To add highlights, add minimal length or disguising hair damage.
100 - to add volume and some length to existing long hair
150/180 - to add length and volume to short hair
180/200+ - to add "Over the Top" volume and length or for very short hair wanting very long hair.

Can I choose more than one colour?
Colours can be selected in bundles of 50pcs, as this is how they are pre bundled. Exp: If you purchase 200pcs you can select up to four different colours.

What kind of hair do we supply?
We supply A Grade Asian Remy 100% Human Hair. It is not so much where the hair comes from, it's more to do with the quality of the hair and if it is Remy. Remy means the cuticles is facing the same direction, which will reduce tangling. So regardless of where the hair is from Asia, India or is European you can get good and bad quality. We prefer Asian hair as it is very shiny and falls very straight (it does not require to be straightened as often and curls very easily) There are no laws on Hair Extensions. Many companies advertise their hair as 'virgin', 'Remy', 'European' ect, we suggest being careful using international sellers and smaller eBay companies. Buy from a large reputable company, that has a head office with a clear address.

How Thick Is Each Strand?
How Thick Is Each Strand? We supply and suggest 0.5 grams as it will achieve a more natural results and will not leave 'gaps' between the extensions nor will it add, added pressure to your scalp.
