We have a 30 day return policy on all new items we sell and do everything we can to make returns/exchanges easy. We want our customers to be happy, it is that simple.
Returning a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped product:
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please view the item in your purchase history on eBay and select the return option in the drop down menu on the right, this is eBay's easy returns system and it works very well. We will provide an RMA and you can print the pre-paid return shipping label right from eBay free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. Returns are processed within three business days.
Returning products for any other reason:
Please view the item in your purchase history on eBay and select the return option in the drop down menu on the right, this is eBay's easy returns system and works very well. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging as you received it. If you paid for international shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. Worldwide Cyclery reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received by you. Returns are processed within three business days.
Order changes and cancellations:
A request to cancel or change an order must be done by phone to ensure it can be changed in time. Requests made by email are not always received in time and there is no guarantee the order will be updated before it ships. Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to initiat a return if need be.
