Payment:

Customers who wish to pay by credit/debit card for their order should choose "PayPal" option during checkout. This will allow you to make payment with your credit/debit card securely through the PayPal system. Customers should only choose "Pay By Credit Card" option if they wish to telephone us and make payment over the phone.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. The price you pay is the price displayed on the listing at the time we receive your order. If we do not receive payment within 3 days from time of completed order, an unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened.

Combined Shipping:

We always combine shipping and packaging for multiple items. To take advantage of combined shipping/packaging discount please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Click the "Add To Basket" or "Buy It Now" button for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Do not complete payment for each individual item.
3. Click to request total for order from seller (Arcade World UK)
4. We will then combine shipping/packaging and email you the invoice for payment.
5. Once you receive the invoice, you can then go ahead and make payment.

 Delivery:

• All items* are despatched within 2-5 working days** from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.
• Heavy items will be shipped by courier.
• Failed delivery attempts will be carded and shown on the courier tracking page. Buyer must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
• Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
• You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships and full tracking information will be provided for courier deliveries.
• We are able to offer combined shipping discounts.
• We ship Worldwide for most of our products.
• We do not offer a collection service from our eBay operation.

Returns Policy.

All our items for sale are new unless clearly stated. If you receive an item which is faulty or incomplete, please email us in the first instance and we will gladly rectify any issues. Items bought my mistake will be refunded/exchanged at our discretion - Please Note: We cannot refund any original postage/shipping costs. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any shipping costs to return unwanted items.
 
Your right to cancel: Buyers have up to 7 days to change their mind on a purchase. You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address. Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and any original invoice. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
